1 1/2 scoops Protein Delite Banana Yogurt Protein
1/2 cup water
1 cup ice cubes
1 frozen banana chunk
1/2 teaspoon maple extract |

| How to Prepare : |
|
| Measute the protein powder and water into the blender. Add the ice cubes along with the banana chunk and maple extract, pulse the blender on and off until the shake is well bended, creamy and frosty. Do not add more liquid the ice will liquefy to produce a smooth consistency. |
